My Caretaker burnout is cranked up to fucking 11. Woke up this morning and had to replace my partner's colostomy bag first thing, before coffee. Shit all over the place, had to wipe her down and help her to the shower. And THEN she fell and struck her head while getting dressed. No harm, but still another layer of stress. Now, to work.
