Healthcare isn't worse because of software. It's worse because healthcare software was built to maximize billing extraction, not patient outcomes. Social media isn't worse because of software. But it was built to maximize engagement, not connection. More proprietary closed #software built for profit extraction? Yeah, that'll keep making things worse. #openSource #foss
