@BoydStephenSmithJr@hachyderm.io @ClancyParliament@mastodon.online Those aren't recommendations for old hardware, though—I think if we're talking 10 year old hardware, my recs are still good, but at 20 years I'd probably go with Debian too, and a very lightweight desktop environment like XFCE.
