I don’t like that the music industry is all about “shiny and new.” I want to promote the music I’ve been making and releasing for the last 26 years that is still mostly unknown but that doesn’t seem to be very viable. You have to be promoting a new album or single. I don’t want to chase that treadmill, though obviously I’ll always be making new music too. I don’t want my old old songs to just be forgotten jetsam.
