@gimulnautti@mastodon.green Yeah. Someone is spoofing the bot user agents. Not sure why, maybe the think they'll be allowed access to content they otherwise wouldn't? Seems an odd thing to do to me.

@tdp_org@mastodon.social @gimulnautti@mastodon.green Anecdotally, I think special cases allowing or treating google, meta etc specially are pretty common. There's a whole world of SEO people wanting to let google see EVERYTHING and trap everyone else in a registration wall etc.
