Instead export and import from Mastodon standard csv works. Will lead to duplicate confusion among following tho.

@joeldebruijn@fosstodon.org In the end I had no problem moving across followers from Mastodon to Akkoma. (works the same way as Mastodon to Mastodon instance migration and you have to redirect your old account). I did lose thousands of followers but as I’ve written about I believe those to be abandoned accounts.
