The upgrade actually went beautifully.
Fedora 44 was just released today. Figured I'd take advantage of the last working day in the office to upgrade it while I can still sit in front of the keyboard in person.
For various reasons of corporate stupidity, workstations will remain on-site, only accessible remotely over a VPN. Doing another upgrade like this will be decidedly riskier in the future.
Now that's what I call progress.

@nguarracino@techhub.social Wait, so everyone is getting sent remote, but they are still going to rent an office for workstations for remote employees to connect to? How does that make sense?
