@halcy@icosahedron.website I've done stuff with other application APIs before, where you can simply generate an auth token in your user settings (with the regular graphical UI), then plug that right into the API calls. Definitely simpler that way :BlobCat_SmilignOpenMouth:

@jsstaedtler@mastodon.art icymi, you can do that in https://icosahedron.website/settings/applications but you do still need to create an Application (but you really only need to auth to the API with the access token, client id and secret are not *really* needed except if you want to revoke tokens)
