@opensuse@fosstodon.org When I was little, my dad usually supplied me with hand-me-down computers from his programming business. At one point, he told me about how Windows was an operating system and there is this other completely free operating system called Linux. He gave me a CD with what must've been SUSE 9.0 or 10.0. I spent countless hours playing around with it, but ultimately switched back to Windows. I returned later for another attempt with Ubuntu 8.04 and finally made the switch to Arch in 2021.
