A lot of complaints about JIRA are about bad processes built on JIRA, but you can’t deny the software is slow and functions poorly. One of my perpetual complaints is that clickable elements appear on screen, but are not clickable until some JavaScript has finished loading. This state change is invisible, because what user needs to know whether a button is clickable? They enjoy the surprise!
