@khusky@shmg.online Here in the US, I avoid tall grasses with the dog bc of ticks! The dog is treated, but still. We used to only treat during summer months, but now it is year-round 😖

@huskify@mastodon.world @khusky@shmg.online Jumping in because the consensus among vets in Italy is that we need coverage for ticks all-year at this point. When you thought of ticks, I was thinking of grass seed, but boy would we ruin the fun for them ;)
