Speaking specifically as a software USER.... I am at my absolute limit for how much I can interact with software. Half of what I do all day is just re-login to a bazillion sites, apps & programs I need to use on the daily. My screen time is already at an unhealthy max & I'm actively trying to reduce it.
If these AI-bros think we're all about to swan dive into MORE software use... I got news for them.

@pikesley@mastodon.me.uk Unless we're talking about software running physical devices that will pull weeds, rake leaves, fold laundry, wash dishes & vacuum floors for me because none of these #AI "advancements" are saving me any time in my life yet so far.

@syntaxseed@phpc.social @pikesley@mastodon.me.uk The woods ain't got any ai and I'm about to move there just because of that fact. Mostly these losers are trying to pump stock prices before this whole house of cards comes crashing down and the American Empire ends.
