@pikesley@mastodon.me.uk To be blunt, for most managed people, their managers & CxOs replacing themselves with Opus & max effort would, with reasonable probability, be a noticable improvement.

@larsmb@mastodon.online @pikesley@mastodon.me.uk On the other hand, replacing the people who protected senior management from having to see what was actually happening, with senior management sounds amazing ;-) ( Although it admittedly depends on how many layers of coffee drinkers the org was stuffed with in the first place )
