There is an old saying in the #eve game community (or at least my alliance): The way to win #eve is not to play it. I have been winning eve since 2011, but for some subconscious reason, I'm drawn to it again. The pre-game activities have commenced. I've corralled my four existing accounts (one of which required an exhausting ongoing conversation with #ccpgames to get the email changed), and now I'm working through how to get re-integrated back into my corp. Things have changed since I left (which included a high-drama exit by the previous alliance CEO for unsaveory RL reasons) and the culture seems different, which is both a good and bad thing. I am looking forward to my return to spreadsheets-in-space.
