As for the Betelgeuse story, glad you liked it. I often share it with people, because it tickled me greatly when I discovered that it was chapter 42: I’m glad you made the connection too 👍

@markmccaughrean@mastodon.social I'd say it's a good sign! there was only two copies and both drew attention from casual shoppers to check them out 😎 my partner (who's also a sci-fi reader) was surprised how quickly I made the connection when I saw the books cover and started to wonder if Betelgeuse is for number 42 😅
