@DriftlessRoots@toot.community so the French knots would also be in different colors that form a swirl? I'd love to see the test piece expanded, but it seems like a very unique touch

@inarticulatequilter@mastodon.art I was thinking just a random cloud of them sort of emulating sleet or snow. They'd be denser near the middle then spread out more toward the edges of the circle. I've decided to go ahead and hang it and live with it a while and make up my mind later whether to make that addition.
