1. I got literally these examples in my replies when I posted about this recently. It’s notable coordination in the “how would you like it…” reply guys. 2. Changing the race of actual people is not the same a changing fictional characters. It *can* be done when done with intention (Hamilton), but it’s rare IMO. 3.
