I tried both after I was hacked and barred from Meta. I posted the same stuff to both but got zero engagement at Bluesky so I gave up after some months.

@Cloudslave@aus.social it can be hard to connect with people there. I would describe Bluesky as "noisy." A lot of users follow thousands of accounts, so the only way people can cut through is by basically spam posting and reposting. The result for someone like me only following a few hundred would be an unusable timeline with huge blocks of content from a single account. Once all the Twitter refugees showed up it started getting toxic because apparently they only get online to fight about politics 😑
