@Umbreon@donphan.social To my knowledge, the biggest change brought by these were a reduction in child mortality, not as much an increase in maximum lifespan.
Without healthcare people still live to 50-60 pretty frequently, if they survive childhood.
But most animals get like a third of that tops. And that's in captivity, in the wild it's even worse.
A fox's life expectancy is around 10 years at most, and in the wild it gets as low as 3 years.
