(it doesn't have a write-enabled pin, so that's not the issue)

@feuerrot@chaos.social thanks! that looks promising at least, I might have to end up poking around and see if I can use the sequence from there though that datasheet does mention there being a high voltage that's needed on a pin to enable write protection, so it's also possible the pin is permanently tied down on those sticks, I doubt it though because every vendor with this chip fails to unlock, so perhaps it just needs the right command
