@brianokken@fosstodon.org @hynek@mastodon.social @webology@mastodon.social here's the setup I stumbled upon that finally sold me on direnv. There's some starship stuff in there but you don't need it to make direnv useful. The zsh setup in there really helped me move away from virtualenverapper. The latest version is in my dotfiles repo with a few suggestions folks sent me after I wrote that.
