Here’s a bonus video of the leakage current being significant enough to form visible sparks when probing. This isn’t necessarily dangerous in itself, but it’s certainly enough to be scary and painful. Leakage current readings will quantify this!

I measured the leakage current today. No load, 120µA. Under 5W load, 350µA. Not great, not terrible, as they say in the Chernobyl series. But the main issue is that the construction quality is begging for a dangerous defect to develop without warning. into the bin they go.
