This particular problem has been the annoying side show for the last week or so, that I keep thinking I've fixed and then I plug the container into CI and everything breaks in weird, unknowable ways. I half suspect I'm fucking up something that is like, completely and totally unrelated to the dockerfile itself and more like, typo in the image name or something
