Our ward elected three Reform candidates. My first thought was "great, everyone around me is a selfish bigot" but then I looked at the actual voting numbers. The Labour + Green vote FAR exceeded the Reform vote, even Reform + Conservative. The two Labour incumbents were only narrowly beaten (something like 30 votes, with the winner getting 2400 votes). We lost, but they're not the majority. Considerably more people didn't want them than did. I've got to hold on to that thought.
