@not_steve@furries.club I always have higher expectations of Abus, but I'm sure they like their profit margins like all the other lock companies out there

@not_steve@furries.club @shammers@mastodon.coffee Abus is certainly one of the better lock makers (AFAIK) but even they've got a few Master Lock-tier products.

@shammers@mastodon.coffee I've found abus to be a bit mixed. One of the first locks I ever tried was a cheap abus titalium which I've never managed to pick to this day which made me think they were pretty infallible until I tried a much bigger more intimidating model at a Bsides lockpicking village and popped it like a masterlock on my first try. Definitely one of the most inconsistent companies I've encountered.
