@sapphireangel@mastodon.online Yep I agree, but I want them to tell me from their perspective if (a) have they ever assisted a person who is disabled or a blind person through an adoption, (B) why the delay and why say that she would be overwhelmed when she's been living in that place of chaos for two weeks and (C) What the what, and how are you gonna do better next time. It'd have to start with a few hours free access to the cats, a one on one with the owners, and help to get to know the cats. I don't want to go the local news route, but that could really damage this fledgling business, something I don't want to do since they do some adoptions, but they must learn that even though it may not have been intended to discriminate, it felt that way from our perspective. There is absolutely no way they got so many applications for this particular cat that they couldn't answer our status requests. Tell me straight assholes, cause it sure felt like you were delaying so you could invent something that could be vailed in something that could be factual.
