I know it'll be easy to clean but it's not a McDonald's, and I'd like to be able to have a normal conversation with the people on my table. Then the bougie places trying to save on lighting - I appreciate you're aiming for a certain vibe, but I'd like to be able to read the cocktail menu.

That hurts the bottom line." (while also being blind to the fact they're alienating their entire customer base, and therefore anyone willing to pay in the first place or keep going back)
