@collective_truth@mastodon.social I think if a good combing of your subscriptions/blocklists might improve the overall experience through that tailoring. To avoid reasonable concerns about echo chambering, of course, I do maintain a few accounts with more 'work and discover' or more 'relax and socialize' settings. -- if that doesn't help, another fedi platform may suit your usecase desires better. Maybe friendica? You have me thinking about it.

@collective_truth@mastodon.social Also, I enjoy the healthy negativity towards fascist authoritarians here, so I can't agree with all your points. I've found people who wobble on human rights are just slower moving existential threats, and most people need to vent occasionaly. Sometimes I limit my time to servers that strongly encourage CWing power struggles and active tragedies, aka politics and current events.

@lightbocks@union.place [1/2] I've followed 1000's or added to posts on acc too, even 1000 pages of a person site (done in a week 100 at a time per day)... But without interaction / participation - it's all too static / stagnant and not using fans which authors are almost surprised at getting. Clever but unfertile #communication. Good suggestions tho - appreciate the reply. I've just unfollowed you (minutes before this comment) so I'll leave it to chance / think for you to involve me or lose me...
