#WritersCoffeeClub May 13. Follow-up: if writing was not your "thing," what would your "thing" be? I was in a regionally touring rock band (shoutout if you’ve actually heard of Mephisto) when I should have been in college. These days, I occasionally bring the house down at karaoke. Sold most of my gear and just have an acoustic guitar now, like a guy getting rid of the muscle car for a minivan.
