@jessamyn@glammr.us I appreciate that while my person has a comp sci bachelor's and can therefore understand my rants, he's mostly not a computers person and mostly a "teaching kids to think about how they think" person.
I also think your person and my person might get along if they ever met.

@platypus@glammr.us Yeah my guy started out messing about with BBSes so he's definitely a hobbyist, he's just not in IT. I bet they'd get along like a house on fire, though they are also both (I gather) homebodies.
