I think that a Hindenburg sized airship could work for a pulp adventure game, it's just more "portable base" than vehicle. You would want to re-do the deck plans a bit, (replacing most of the cabins with work space, armories, etc.), but that's not hard.
It could give you the "home ground" normally only seen in fixed-location games while also allowing regular travel to exotic locations.

@chakatfirepaw That's true, the portable base is normally more what I associate with a villain (Like Robur, Master of the World) but there are some excellent layouts suggested for the airships that were due after the R101/R102 which would have made top notch player mobile bases. That's deep pulp adventure though, I think of the Graf as the sort of pulp vehicle you'd use in a one off "Mountains of Madness" sort of thing rather than the bigger more regular base vehicle.
