This is my first real appointment with my new doctor so is why I'm somewhat confused. My last doctor had a very different online booking procedure.

Everything went fine. This is really just how the doctor is! There wasn't even a long wait when I got there. I have to get tests and go back in a month. Whatever system they're using worked well so far.
