@shakespearenut@mastodon.nz 'Island' predates '1632' by two or three years and is one of Flint's stated inspirations (along with 'Connecticut Yankee'*)... that might have been clearer if I had included a publication date in my post. *I had to look up how to spell "Connecticut".
