am i the only person who HATES being sent those stupid voice message things instead of texts? like just use the speech to text thing if typing is really that much of an issue. it takes so much more effort for me to open an app, tap on the thing and wait for someone to finish speaking (they always talk so slow in those i swear) then just reading the notification

@LunaCOLON3@blahaj.zone for some reason I always get super anxious when recieving a voice message :neofox_drowsy: I have no idea what could possibly be laying dormant behind that play button until I press it and the idea of that is just stressing I mean usually it's just some goofy shit but still :blobfoxnotlikethis:

@LunaCOLON3@blahaj.zone Ev: as someone who deals with chronic pain, sending messages is not possible at times, so here's what we do: Record voice message, then immediately follow with Alt Text generated by Voice To Text. VTT isn't perfect, which is why We expect folks to fall back on Voice msg just in case.
