So last night the PUSD board held an emergency session to discuss them being sued for Brown act violations (basically back room dealing rather than transparent discussions in public meetings). We have all these procedural requirements because electing 7 people to decide how schools should be handled is an obviously stupid idea to everyone especially when they go and decide to close some of them for their own personal reasons or to give favors to friends or whatever.
