Obviously, they have a history of extensive real estate holdings as if they were some sort of real estate holding company rather than an educational institution, given that there's so many closed campuses. The fact of the matter is they're in a structural impossibility that have been given legal mandates to provide certain services to a restricted set of students and they've been funded to the tune of half that required expense. There's literally nothing they can do to avoid going bankrupt
