guys, I just wrote a clinical summary for my cardiology appointment on Tuesday. I finally got to use my clinical training :kek:

ngl its a really good clinical summary too. It has tabled data, a good symptoms bullet list, a background containing all the relevant lead up information. Along with my thoughts on a potential diagnosis
