@Ricardus@mastodon.sdf.org @sikkdays@ourempty.pub no worries, I've actually mainly used mine similarly to what you're thinking earlier in the thread. I often lock it in position with a milling bit in the Dremel and move a piece of work up to it to round off an edge or something. It's fine for that kind of thing.
