My understanding so far with the Project Blue data center in #tucson: 1. City council unanimously voted no to it being built 2. Amazon pulled out but the contractor decided to build it anyway 3. It was discovered that they were using municipal water illegally which was shut off and they were charged for the water they stole 4. The water they were stealing was for dust control 5. Now they've been served a violation notice for generating too much dust, constituting $10k/day it goes unfixed
