What if whenever anyone gets to a billion dollars, they get a little plastic trophy that says, "Congrats, you won at Capitalism." Every dollar they make after that goes to public funds to feed people, house them, clothe them, etc. Then at each additional billion they would have made they get a special border for their profile picture on the billionaire website and a stamp on their punch card and they can trade it in for decoder rings and stickers and stuff. Then when they retire they get a little plastic desk clock and a mug and we name a trash dump named after them.
