@sarahalang@fedihum.org Hi, I am a a male professor and I doe not believe this. We have search committees for professorship positions with the last six candidates being female. Eight out of ten professors in our department are female.

@sarahalang@fedihum.org and that's the version where the participants were interviewed by two female scientists. If you repeat the study with male interviewers the outcome would be probably worse.
