We have a family #karate belt test this weekend. 😬🥋 Trying to wrangle 3 boys ages 10 - 14 to *focus* on drills to practice for like 20 minutes is high-key a parenting nightmare. I've got one kid asking questions, another kid sitting down on the couch, another kid proposing a different type of drill, another kid getting frustrated, another kid starting to read a book... Meanwhile I don't have that plastic preteen mind anymore so the memorization takes me a good bit longer.
