@Rhew@gulp.cafe online buddy of mine was freaking out about it a little bit... it really doesn't seem that bad. It's probably more dangerous to the elderly (who take cruises more often), so it's more expected that there are, unfortunately a couple deaths. He said the mortality rate is 65-75%, which I didn't see online with a quick google

@Temperthrowaway@gulp.cafe Yeah I don't know where he got those numbers from. I've had it and it really is like a particularly rough flu, but I've never heard of even elderly people needing more than a few off trail days of rest and fluids to bounce back from it. Obviously anyone with a compromised immune system will have trouble with it but, thats the same for any illness
