for mothers day we had dinner at my parents' house a day early and watched Uncharted for some reason. my mom gave me a poem she wrote that's in an upcoming anthology (it's good) this morning i made smitten kitchen french toast with whipped cream and fruit jelly. super good. ive lapsed into being a mediocre cook but the recipe covers me I still have some things to do yet but first I need to drowse off this meal
