I will say this for all the Din Tai Fungs in AZ, CA, and WA… the pork inside isn’t quite as flavorful as in Taiwan.
Delicious, don’t get me wrong, but not quite as good.

@LoneLocust@mastodon.social I’ve eaten at a Bangkok location, but I was uneducated on the divinity that is soup dumplings at the time, so I had something else.
