Honestly I don't know when I went all-in on Cloudflare Workers but I have not regretted it for an instant. Well, okay, it kind of pissed me off that I had to go full-stack TypeScript as a native Rubyist, but I'm mostly over that now that I've thrown in on Nuxt and don't have to deal with fucking React. I miss some stuff from Rails, the database stuff in particular, but it's not the end of the world. And going microservice with multiple Workers with a Queues messaging bus is quite fun.
