@Alternatecelt@mastodon.scot I’m assuming you are referring to English politics perhaps? Thatcher is certainly not revered in Scotland, I imagine the other home nations may also have a similar perspective. Wasn’t the “reverence” of Thatcher not just a bunch of Tories trying to cash in?

@mammaj@mastodon.social It does happen in England, and is definitely a feature of London based media. We definitely don't revere her in Scotland.
