@elettrona@poliversity.it I don't know if the thread of suspending is an argument for most organisations, because they think they have to be on these platforms because their followers and targeted public are there. But when you make videos on YouTube, or you run your payments through Facebook then you sure are vulnerable

@danie1@mastodon.nl I am one of those who attempt to be a fediverse ambassador in my country/communities - inspired by another woman with my name, she's Elena Rossini. I used her video to send one e-mail with your sample customized. And when I write or talk, I'll never suggest to drastically leave commercial platform; it can be called self harm today, we must be realistic. They can rather add Fediverse to their own social network setup. PS thinking of social media managers who need analytics, FediSuite by Kristin Löner (a German dev) could be the solution https://app.fedisuite.com they have very accurate analytics, post scheduling, multi-account composer... I simply adore it, and not because I'm the Italian translator for it; not only for that LOL
