After avoiding meat for enough years, contamination with corpses of dead animals or their fluids becomes very unpalatable.
That might be hard to conceive for a person who views it as tasty food rather than body parts, but so it goes.

I find it hard to believe that people will dislike the taste of every possible animal product from every kind of meat to honey, milk, cheese and medicine derived from animals. When someone starts viewing food commonly consumed by billions of people in the world and forming part of human diet for thousands of years as disgusting body parts it’s more of psychological issue than a matter of something being unpalatable.
