As μServices start getting turned off on twitter and general degradation of service starts to occur; I saw something that suggested that twitter's TLS certificate will expire next month, when I went to verify this I saw a different date. Hopping on a VPN I saw different certificates and expiration dates depending on region. Not only is the North American cert due to expire next month, but it looks like there is going to be some complexity to upgrading certs...
